Maelstrom® subscription : Sentinel Flow
With the Sentinel subscription, you benefit from the full potential of vorteX-io services: consult in real time water levels, surface velocity and images taken by the vorteX-io micro-stations, directly on Maelstrom® or via API.
If necessary, we install, at no extra cost, a new micro-station on the hydrological system to be monitored so that you can consult the entire data history.
Each of the 3 members of your team can set customizable thresholds allowing to generate 24/7 alert notifications by voice call, SMS and e-mail in case of crossing.
Before you start
There are only 6 simple steps left before you can start using MAELSTROM®:

I enter my information on the form and I submit it with the“REGISTER” button
In my e-mail inbox, I open the message I received and click on the“Verify e-mail address” button. If it hasn’t arrived, I check if it has been mistakenly filed in the spam folder.
Once I enter MAELSTROM®, I enter a team name.
I click on“vorteX.io network”(1.) in the left-hand menu: all the micro-stations are displayed on the map.
I click on the one I am interested in and then, thanks to the button (2.) I add it to the basket (3.).
To request the addition of a new micro-station, I start by clicking on“vorteX.io network” in the left-hand menu. (1.)
Thanks to the upper panel “Map Menu (2.) I search for a place or a river.
I can refine my search by displaying rivers, bridges, etc.
When I have found the point I am interested in, I click on the bridge that spans the river to be monitored. (3.)
A confirmation window appears “New measurement point ?”(4.) Then I confirm.
In my basket (1.)I find my vorteX-io micro-station.
All I have to do now is choose the Sentinel plan from the list of subscription plans. (2.)
